To make a reservation:

• Please call the Program Team on (412) 325-7921 to check availability.
  
  
• Complete and sign our reservation application and mail it with your deposit, payable to GPC-BSA, to:
  Flag Plaza
  1275 Bedford Ave.
  Pittsburgh, Pa., 15219
  
  
• Please forward a certificate of liability insurance for one million dollars with the Greater Pittsburgh Council, BSA named as additional insured (Scouting groups from Greater Pittsburgh Council do not need to provide this document).
  
  
• A permit will be mailed to you. If you are using food service, please call the Conference Center Manager on (724) 329-8534 to finalize your menu.
