What is OA Heritage Adventure?

It is a program experience like no other. For two weeks, you will join together with Arrowmen from across the council and experience all that Heritage Reservation and the Laurel Highlands have to offfer.

The first week of the program is spent giving back to Heritage Reservation and the Laurel Highlands through trail restoration work and other service projects. Participants have the opportunity to leave their mark on Heritage Reservation and the Laurel Highlands that will enable thousands of visitors each year to better enjoy their experience. Trail work
involves restoring and protecting trails that have existed for decades and are in dire need of repair.

The second part of the program is an adventure at Eagle Base planned by the crew. From rafting the Youghiogheny River to Sporting Clays at Nemacolin Woodlands, even spelunking in Laurel Caverns, arrowmen can see and do it all at Eagle Base.
